On March 1st, 2003, Sandy Coor VFW Post 1433 had its Award Presentation Dinner/Dance Banquet at the post home. Dignitaries present were Frank Page, Senior Vice Commander, VFW Department of Arizona; Chairman VOD/District 10 Commander VFW Department of Arizona, Mike Harper and his counter part with the Department Auxiliary, Wilma Harper; along with Margaret Bell, Junior Vice President, VFW Department of Arizona Auxiliary, and Historian Linda Page, VFW Department of Arizona. Also present was Jim Montgomery, past department commander, and Merci Montgomery, District 3 Auxiliary President. Thanks to all who graced our post. There is also a BIG thank you to all the post and auxiliary members who worked so hard to make this a huge success. The JRAROTC Air Force of Peoria H.S. posted the Colors and helped serve the meal. They also received an award. Congratulations to all our winners!
