The General Membership of Sandy Coor VFW Post 1433 met on Wednesday, November 12, 2014.  The resignation letters of Junior Vice Commander Lee Brown and Commander Brad Lam were read by the adjutant.  Senior Vice Commander Carl Haenal will assume the duties of Commander as prescribed in Section 220 of the National By-Laws.

The positions of Junior Vice and Senior Vice must be filled.  Comrade Barnes self-nominated for Junior Vice.  Nominations will be accepted at the next general membership meeting and election will follow.
